Wednesday Nights Together happens every other Wednesday and conclude in May, 2017. We meet in King Fellowship Hall beginning at 5:30 p.m. with Bible Study following the meal. Below are the dates Wednesday Nights Together will meet during this season:


January 18

February 1 and 15

            February 28 (Shrove Tuesday )

March 8, 15, 22, and 29

April 5

May 3 and 17

The suggested cost of the Wednesday Night meal is $6.00 per person or $20.00 per family (max).

Upcoming March 2017 Events


+ There will be a healthy cooking class offered to the congregation as well as the

community  on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 1:30  –  3:00 pm in the King Fellowship Hall

Kitchen.  The class is free and is sponsored by Lifestyle Medicine; North East Foundation and

Cabarrus Health Alliance.  Meghan Charpentier, Program Coordinator, at Cabarrus Health Alliance

Is the instructor.  Please join us to learn more about healthy eating and new ways to prepare

traditional recipes.  Call Debbie Wilkinson, Parish Administrator, at 704-786-0166 to register. 


+ St. James Lutheran Church is hosting a blood drive on March 26, 2017 from

9:00 – 12:00 noon in the King Fellowship Hall. The congregation and community is invited

to come and donate their blood to help save lives.  Be sure to bring your picture ID.  Call

Debbie Wilkinson, Parish Administrator, at 704-786-0166 to register.
